CashGarden helps you record and review your own spending. This policy explains what we store and how we handle it.
When you import a credit-card statement PDF or screenshots, the file is read in your browser, and statement passwords are used only on your device. Only the transactions you confirm are saved to your ledger. The exception is optional AI parsing, described below.
Only to provide the app to you. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your ledger with other users. Each user has a separate, isolated ledger.
When available, you can choose “Parse with AI” on a statement the app cannot read reliably. Only when you tap it, the text extracted from that statement (dates, merchant names, amounts, card last four digits and other printed text) is sent from our server to Anthropic, which runs the Claude model, to turn it into transactions. The PDF file itself and its password are never sent. Results come back to you for review, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
Anthropic processes this content as our service provider under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train models on it, and keeps it only for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring. If you do not use AI parsing, no statement content leaves your device.
Data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers that host the app (including Cloudflare). They process data on our behalf to run the service. If you use AI parsing, Anthropic processes the statement text as described above.
You can download a full backup of your ledger from the app settings. To request deletion of your data, email us.

功能開放時，若 App 無法正確讀取某份帳單，你可以選擇「AI 解析」。只有在你點選後，我們的伺服器才會把這份帳單讀出的文字（日期、店名、金額、卡號末四碼等帳單上印出的內容）傳給 Anthropic，由 Claude 模型整理成交易明細。PDF 檔本身與帳單密碼不會被傳送。解析結果會先交給你核對，確認後才會存入帳本。
Anthropic 以服務供應商身分依其商業條款處理這些內容，不會用來訓練模型，僅為安全與防範濫用保留一段有限期間。若你不使用 AI 解析，帳單內容不會離開你的裝置。
資料存放於代管本服務的雲端基礎設施供應商（包括 Cloudflare），他們代我們處理資料以維持服務運作。若你使用 AI 解析，Anthropic 會依上述方式處理帳單文字。
你可以在 App 設定中下載完整帳本備份。如需刪除資料，請來信告知。
